A Korean who speaks Lithuanian fluently recently founded an online store of Korean goods, and this June he plans to open a physical location as well. According to the interlocutor, it should resemble the popular convenience stores in South Korea – places where you can not only buy various food products but also quickly prepare snacks or meals on the spot.
“We hope to get as close as possible to the real Korean convenience store experience. In Lithuania, there are simply no places where only South Korean goods are sold and where you can prepare instant ramen noodles on site,” 15min said D.Kim.

According to the young entrepreneur, the store will sell South Korean food products, drinks, ice cream, snacks, as well as facial care and cosmetic products. One of the main ideas of the store is convenience and the ability to quickly prepare noodles on site.
“A person will be able to choose the desired flavor, perhaps try something new that is not yet available in Lithuania, and prepare the food on site using a self-service machine. It would take just a few minutes. You can also take a drink, snack, or dessert – the whole experience would be fast and new in Lithuania,” said the interlocutor.
