One of the main season goals – participation in the main UEFA competition – has been achieved by Kaunas. Two consecutive wins and three clean sheets positively encourage Žalgiris. „Kauno Žalgiris“ scored in every Top League match against „Hegelmann“, and the team’s potential has been strengthened by two newcomers – Anthony Kaliku and Gabrielius Debeljuhas.
The „Hegelmann“ team has suffered four defeats in the last six matches and is already trailing any opponent from the top six by double digits. On the other hand, FA „Šiauliai“, currently in 9th place, must close a 9-point gap. „Kauno Žalgiris“ is not the most convenient opponent for the blue-whites, who have only achieved two away wins in the 2026 season.
