On May 29 at about 12:25 PM in Vilnius, Juozapas Strumila Square, a man suspected of drug use was detained and resisted, striking a plainclothes officer of the Vilnius County Police Department (born 1997) during duty with his hand, who, after receiving medical assistance, is being treated on an outpatient basis.
