The construction of the project is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. Investments in the project will amount to 4.4 million euros, the average price per sq. m in the project is 3471 Eur / sq. m.
On the first floor, spacious apartments of about 100 sq. m with terraces of 43–45 sq. m are planned, and on the third floor, one three-room apartment with a 33 sq. m balcony is designed.

Mature birches will be preserved on the territory, and in the enclosed inner courtyard, rest areas and a children’s playground are planned. The architectural expression of the building will be complemented by facades of clinker, decorative plaster, and fiber cement panels.
