“Due to heavy rain, water entered the ventilation system and leaked into the sales area. After assessing the damage, it was decided not to operate for the safety of employees and customers. Cleanup work is currently underway. Customers will be served tomorrow, Monday, from 8 a.m.,” the “Maxima” statement says.

The effects of Saturday’s storm in Vilnius were also recorded in “Maxima” stores at Mindaugo St. 11, Medeinos St. 39-65, Savanorių Ave. 31, Žirmūnų St. 89A, and Gilužio St. 5, which are operating as usual.
