Frontczak has led companies in Poland and the Baltic countries, worked in top executive positions in international organizations, contributed to the creation of one of the largest second-pillar pension funds in Poland, and to the development of AIG’s operations in Lithuania and Latvia. His competencies include sales, marketing, financial management, and organizational growth.
