„Although we had to manage many changes during construction, which occurred even during the installation phase of the structures, our main goal remained unchanged – to ensure a result that meets the client’s expectations,“ says R. Bareikis.

„BURGA“ CEO Linas Motiejauskas emphasizes the smooth project implementation process.

This building, according to L. Motiejauskas, was designed for people from the very beginning.

„When designing it, we thought about the entire employee’s day – from arriving at the premises to going home. We aimed to create an environment where everyone would have the best conditions to work and create, because the true value of this building will be shown by what we achieve in it,“ emphasizes the company’s CEO.

Sought non-standard solutions

The greatest attention was paid to the compatibility of different parts of the project. According to the general contractor, the exclusive interior placed extremely high demands on the integration of engineering systems, so every detail had to be precisely planned and implemented.

„In some stages, we had to look for unconventional solutions. We changed materials, evaluated alternatives, and sought ways to reconcile the client’s functional needs with high interior requirements. A good example is the acoustic ceilings in work areas, where a solution had to be found that met both technical and architectural criteria,“ says R. Bareikis.

Attention to every space and person

The project also stands out due to the involvement of the „BURGA“ team itself. According to the contractor’s representatives, the company’s management and heads of production departments actively contributed to the solutions, aiming to create an efficient production facility and an environment that ensures employee well-being.

„It is rare to see a project where the client dedicates so much attention to every space. Here, not only production efficiency was considered, but also people’s daily experience. A gym, sauna, relaxation and leisure areas, ergonomic workstations – all this demonstrates a long-term approach to employee comfort and organizational culture,“ notes the „Conres“ representative.
