Previously, second-placed Spain pushed down none other than their final opponent Argentina.
The new ranking leader Spain now has 1995.88 points, while Argentina, who dropped to second place, has 1970.37.
Third in the ranking is France, who finished fourth in the World Cup (1948.97), and fourth is England, who won bronze in the tournament (1922.83).

Fifth in the ranking is Brazil (1804.92), followed by Morocco, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Mexico.
Most of the strongest teams changed positions slightly, but Norway’s successful play in the World Cup allowed this country to make a huge leap. Norway jumped over 12 positions to 19th place.
