“Don’t fall in love with your idea. The idea itself means nothing. It’s all about doing,” says A. Valatka.
Today his name is associated with one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Lithuania, but the entrepreneur himself says that the most important things in his career were born not from a perfect plan, but from constant trial, error, and the ability to move forward.
Success is created not by ideas, but by actions
According to A. Valatka, people often overestimate the idea itself and underestimate the work needed to implement it.
“Most people think the idea is the most important. In reality, the most important thing is to start doing. Because only by doing do you understand what works and what doesn’t,” he says.
According to the entrepreneur, failures should not be a reason to stop. On the contrary – they provide information that cannot be obtained by planning alone.

“Failure is data. It shows what not to do next time and how to get closer to success,” says A. Valatka.
