The pre-trial investigation was conducted by the Police Department’s Immunity Board, led by a prosecutor from the Klaipėda District Prosecutor’s Office’s Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Division.

According to the case data, on May 9, 2025, the accused allegedly illegally possessed and transported a very large quantity of narcotic and psychotropic substances in a car in the Klaipėda district – psychotropic substances 3-chloromethcathinone (3-CMC), MDMA, 4-bromomethcathinone (4-BMC), and the narcotic substance – cannabis.
These substances were found and seized by police officers during a car search.

Moreover, that same evening in another car parked in Kretinga, the accused is believed to have illegally possessed powder containing the psychotropic substance – 3-chloromethcathinone (3-CMC). This substance was found and seized on May 10, 2025, during a police search.

The criminal case has been transferred to the Klaipėda District Court.
