Compared to the same period in 2025 – when 1457 reports were received – their number remains similar, but there is particular concern about the growing scale of child sexual exploitation images and bullying in the digital space.
“The unrelenting number of reports shows that risks in the digital space are not decreasing, and artificial intelligence is becoming a tool that can further amplify them. However, consistent cooperation between institutions, internet platforms, and society, as well as growing public awareness, contributes to a safer internet environment,” said RRT Chair Jūratė Šovienė in a released statement.
