As the weekend approaches, short rains will return in some places – on Friday, thunderstorms will rumble in some areas, and the warmth will increase by another degree or two – at night it will be about 13-18 degrees, during the day it will warm up to 24-29 degrees Celsius. The wind will not strengthen but will gradually change direction to southeast, south.

According to current data, a warm atmospheric front will move across our country over the weekend, so short rains will visit many districts during the day, thunderstorms will rumble, and in some places, it will rain heavily. The wind from southern directions will blow somewhat stronger – at night about 6-11 m/s, during the day it will strengthen to 8-13 m/s, and locally gusty during thunderstorms. Saturday night will be warm, 14-19 degrees Celsius, and during the day, along with the atmospheric front, the warmth will slightly subside – in many districts, it will be 21-26 degrees, and in the eastern part of Lithuania, in some places up to 28 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, short rains with thunderstorms are also expected, and there will be less warmth.
